The hotel offered one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time, with a well-stocked bar featuring excellent coffee and tea making facilities. However, the lack of views made the room feel a bit claustrophobic. The highlight was the very nice, big bathroom with a sauna in the double shower and a bubble bathtub.

The hotel offers spacious and well-designed rooms with high-tech controls, featuring the latest technical gadgets in the bathroom and bedrooms. However, the lack of views and feeling a bit claustrophobic due to no outside views can be a downside. However, there were some forgetful and unhelpful instances that didn't live up to the exclusivity expected from the most exclusive hotel in Amsterdam. The location is ideal, right next to the central palace, providing easy access to malls and sightseeing spots, delivering what one would expect from a top-tier establishment in Amsterdam.
